[i]5 th International Conference Virtual City and Territory [/i] Barcelona 2, 3 and 4 June, 2009 In this perspective it is proposed to generate a new meeting space in the search for solutions to the problem of urban-territorial development, taking into consideration social evaluation, conservation of the environment and heritage, civic participation and the possibility of devising qualitative proposals for cities and their inhabitants, with a view toward the transformations that are approaching throughout the 21st Century.
