International Master Science: Spatial Design And Governance - Trieste

[i]International Master of Science [/i] Expert on the definition and management of integrated projects for regional development and landscape enhancement. Such programs ask for the capacity to build and manage integrated projects, based on the definition of new relations among active protection of territorial resources, economic development and social cohesion, enhancement of cultural and landscape estate. The professional profile provided by the Master is that of an expert, competent on national and international level, in the fields of urban and regional development, theory and practice of spatial planning, theory and practice of landscape design and management, definition and governance of spatial and landscape policies according to European, national and regional legislative frames. The activities of the Master follow a multidisciplinary approach, aimed to integrate the different levels of spatial governance/government (from European and national to local), and to draw synergies among the goals of regional planning, of landscape design and management, of urban design for spatial and social development and renewal of contemporary city. Teaching staff are academic researchers and professors, public administrators, professionals coming from different European countries.
