The interest for the comparison with under way experiences sends back to the possibility to select the suitable issues and the ways of handling them. Through the comparative reading it should be possible to construct the working and reitering procedures for the road project: the rules shoud be shaped like the proposal of a possible way-process, rather than like a fixed handbook.
