The business of cities
2011 Asia Pacific Cities Summit
Brisbane (Queensland)
Under the broad theme of The Business of Cities, the 2011 Asia Pacific Cities Summit APCS Program comprises keynote plenary and panel sessions, presentations and interactive case studies.
Over three interactive days, the presentations will address cutting-edge issues and showcase best-practice projects from around the world.
Renowned speakers will focus on sustainability, connectivity and managing rapid growth in our cities over the coming decade through three sub-streams:
- the business of green cities
- the business of smart and connected cities
- the business of growing cities
Businesses and government agencies are invited to be part of the 2011 APCS program. Limited best-practice 25-minute and 40-minute interactive case study slots are available throughout the three-day event.
Of particular interest are case studies that showcase government agencies working with the business sector to achieve outcomes within the themes of the Summit.
